About Shannon
of Heal With Dinner

Shannon Dinner, C.N.P., is the owner and founder of Heal With Dinner. She is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Live Blood Cell Microscopist (Level I). She is passionate about the intricate relationship between the human body and nutrition and she loves teaching her clients how to take appropriate steps to lead a happy, healthy and balanced life.

After graduating with honours and receiving a Bachelor of Administrative Studies at York University in Toronto, she worked in several supervisory roles with Ford Motor Credit Company in Oakville. While she gained invaluable experience working for this company, she always felt she had a greater purpose.

In March 2016, Shannon’s mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. Having lost her great aunt to the harsh side effects of conventional cancer treatment, Shannon was stricken with a feeling of fear and hopelessness. She immediately started thoroughly researching natural protocols to heal cancer. She noticed the greatest commonality among all successful natural healing protocols was the need to detoxify the body and replenish the cells with nutrients. She started on this path to help her mom heal with the power of food and very quickly realized eye-opening successes.

This fueled her passion further and she felt the need to spread awareness that food can heal! She joined the Institute of Holistic Nutrition to become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (a.k.a. Holistic Nutritionist), which she graduated with first class honours. With a strong desire to thoroughly assist her clients with individualized healing protocols, she decided to learn Live Blood Cell Microscopy as an adjunct modality to her practice.

Shannon is a passionate and dedicated nutritional professional. Her motto is “God gave us a body that wants to thrive – we just need to give our body the tools to do so”. While her primary focus is healing through the power of nutrition, she offers complimentary and alternative health services that embody complete healing of the mind, body and soul. Shannon has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and remains abreast of new research in the field of natural health and nutrition. She also loves to practice gratitude, yoga, deep breathing and her faith.
